The Ordway Shawl by Corrina Ferguson is knit using one skein of a self-striping fingering weight yarn paired with a coordinating solid skein. It’s worked asymmetrically from tip to long edge with a simple applied edging worked after the triangle is finished. Perfect for self-striping or gradient yarns, the lace/cable rib pattern creates a strong diagonal against the stripes. This pattern would even be wonderful for using up leftovers – create your own stripe pattern!
