Slipped stitches transform simple stripes into a beautiful and interesting detail in the Seedling Hat by Jen Lucas. The hat is created using two colors of worsted-weight yarn – the color combinations that you can use to knit this hat are endless. Beginning at the brim, the hat is cast on and a simple ribbing pattern is worked. This hat is written for one adult size and doesn’t have a great deal of stretch due to the slipped-stitch pattern. The hat will comfortably fit an adult head up to a 21” circumference.
